Ouster reported quarterly losses of 48 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 59 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $30.092 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $30.000 million.

Ouster shares jumped 7.5% to $9.01 in the pre-market trading session.
